A DAY AT THE ZOO

So we decided to head down to the Honolulu zoo with the little man. First he saw all the birds, he was curious when it came to the Flamingos, I think it was all the bright colors. Then he saw the elephants, he didn't know what to think of those big things. We also went into the reptile room, he was very intrigued by the snakes and lizards.

We went to see the Raffes, which made Landon super excited! There were also rhinos, zebras, and ostridges in that area. He thoroughly enjoyed that area.


Then we went to the keiki zoo, they had a cool tunnel under the guinee pig cages, and under a fish tank. Landon had so much fun crawling back and forth and poking his head out in the spots he could. He also got to pet a cow and a goat! He thought that was pretty neat. The whole time he kept calling them "kitty".

The best "kitty" of all was the chimps. Landon just watched these monkeys, his eyes followed them where ever they went.

all in all, it was a really good day. Afterward we took a walk down the beach and watched some of the people getting surf lessons. It was the perfect end to a great day.

Oh i forgot to mention, so you go to the zoo you have to get a suvinior right. So we are looking around the gift shop trying to find something, when we came across this!
